Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at SmartPro. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative air handling solutions across your designated regional market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our range of air handling solutions within your assigned region.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, lead negotiations, and close sales deals with clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their indoor climate needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Use our design and quotation software to create proposals for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to position us as a leading provider of air handling solutions.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the air handling, HVAC, or indoor climate industry.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing and sales strategies for technical products.
  • Strong understanding of the regional market for air handling units and indoor climate solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience using design and quotation software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally for training.
