About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling high-quality fabricated windows, doors, and conservatories to window and door installers/contractors in the South Wales, Bristol, Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Swindon areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling a range of windows, doors, and conservatories to end-users in the construction industry
  • Developing new business relationships with window and door installers/contractors
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on ramping up sales to 40 frames per week within the first 8 weeks and then maintaining a steady sales pace
  • Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs and preferences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of selling to window and door installers/contractors
  • Strong knowledge of fenestration, windows, and doors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
