Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, lead negotiations, and close sales deals with clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their indoor climate needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional campaigns and initiatives.
- Use our design and quotation software to create proposals for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to position us as a leading provider of air handling solutions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role within the air handling, HVAC, or indoor climate industry.
- Demonstrable knowledge of marketing and sales strategies for technical products.
- Strong understanding of the regional market for air handling units and indoor climate solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technologically proficient, with experience using design and quotation software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally for training.
