Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including post-operative care, complex medication management, IV infusion, wound management, and end-of-life care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our support team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Work closely with our Head Office support team to ensure the best possible service for our clients.
- Keep accurate, factual records of your time with clients via our care management app.
- Be aware of clients' emotional and spiritual needs, and provide support accordingly.
- Observe and follow Draycott Nursing's Health and Safety policy.

- Must be eligible to work in the UK without the requirement of company sponsorship.
