Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Director to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory compliance strategies across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to develop and rollout key milestones such as Risk Assessment, Frameworks, Whistle-Blowing, Filings and Monitoring.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, offering training and advice around regulatory changes and on-going requirements.
  • Work closely with regulators to ensure the firm is in the front foot at all times and all investments are following clear guidelines.
  • Form part of a global steering committee and play an integral role in all key decisions.
  • Manage team members across the two regions.

Requirements

  • Years of experience in regulatory compliance.
  • Strong background in handling regulators in markets such as the UK and Singapore (FCA and MAS).
  • Must have prior experience working in a regulated investment firm.
  • Experience managing multiple regions and employees in different locations.
  • Superb stakeholder skills and the ability to influence internal and external parties.
