Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Account Loyalty Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will become a loyalty expert, educating high-growth merchants on the value of customer retention and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presenting our loyalty and engagement solutions to clients and managing them through a 1-3 month sales life-cycle
  • Working with SQLs that have been qualified by our Business Development, Partnerships, and Marketing teams
  • Closing deals from a wide variety of ecommerce retailers and merchants, some of which you will have sourced yourself and others from our partnerships team and sales qualified leads from our Sales Development Representatives
Requirements
  • Proven ability in B2B sales (SaaS, martech, or ecommerce experience is a huge bonus)
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Experience with MEDDIC for pipeline management
