Job Title: Digital Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Finance Manager to join our team at JD Sports. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior stakeholders, including the CEO and CFO.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA accountant with PQE experience.
  • Proven experience in management accounting and financial planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials and TM1 is desirable.
