Job Title: Digital Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Finance Manager to join our team at JD Sports. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial planning and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior stakeholders and management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA accountant with PQE experience.
  • Proven experience in management accounting and financial planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remediate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
