Formed by Analog, DesignStudio, and Pixel Artworks, we transform how visionary creatives and ambitious brands work together to push creativity further. Working with iconic brands like Airbnb, EA, Nike, Burberry, and Microsoft, we combine creativity, technology, and production under one roof for a seamless client experience.

Role Summary

We are now looking for a Production Manager to bring our experiential events and installations to life. You'll join a small production team and will get the opportunity to work with huge brands on amazing live immersive experiences and shows both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Plan and manage the delivery of technical productions, within the specified timeframe and budget.
  • Resource Coordination: Co-ordinate external resources, suppliers, contractors to ensure that all elements of a project are delivered to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Produce all project related documentation, including budgets, carbon impact assessments, crew schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Logistics and Procurement: Be responsible for the efficient procurement and scheduling of all project-related logistics.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Promote efficient and effective communications between all project stakeholders.
  • Onsite Management: Have overall responsibility for the onsite management of assigned projects.
  • New Business Development: Participate actively in new business development with the Client Services team, providing technical recommendations and pricing.
  • Technological Innovation: Promote new technologies and techniques within the business, ensuring knowledge is shared amongst team members.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate pricing with suppliers, whilst ensuring that high quality is maintained.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Be responsible for ensuring that delivery methods are compliant with current regulations.
  • Client Interface: Serve as the main client interface on projects, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations.
