About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive/Event Planner to join our team at Caper & Berry, a luxury event caterer based in Eashing, Surrey. As a key member of our sales and planning team, you will be responsible for developing client and venue relationships, winning business, and guiding clients through the initial planning stages of their events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take client enquiries and provide professional advice on event planning and catering options
  • Prepare detailed proposals and cost sheets for weddings, parties, and corporate events
  • Host tastings and attend meetings/site visits to build relationships with clients and venues
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed events and develop strategies to increase business
  • Collaborate with the event management team to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and event planning within the catering industry
  • Knowledge of event planning, catering, and sales principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites and attend evening events
