Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager with expertise in Industrial Paint Spraying to join our esteemed steel manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you will oversee a team of Spray Painters and ensure the following tasks are accomplished:
  • Prepare steel structures for painting through sanding.
  • Seal joints and seams in readiness for painting.
  • Sand surfaces between paint applications.
  • Guarantee that all incoming and outgoing works meet high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve optimal throughput and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop and surrounding area.

It is essential to adhere to health and safety regulations and promptly report any potential hazards to the relevant management personnel.


Required Skills
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
  • Flexibility in working hours due to the nature of painting operations.
  • Proven experience in team management.
