Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Sourcing Expert to join our team at PRL Site Solutions. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, including tendering, sourcing, and supplier contract management.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and implement measures to reduce Total Cost Ownership (TCO) by analyzing necessary risks and opportunities.
* Analyze suppliers and subcontractor offers and interpret the most appropriate purchasing goal.
* Conduct negotiations with suppliers, coordinate local contracts with project managers, and obtain approval for contracts from the main office contracts with procurement departments.
* Deliver orders of materials needed by the construction site on time, ensuring quality approval.
* Coordinate and execute logistics and import processes with the head office procurement department.
* Continuously track the supply market, staying up-to-date with developments, trends, risks, and opportunities, and leading the engagement with existing and potential suppliers and external market factors.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Procurement.
* Minimum 5 years of experience.
* Preferred knowledge of the UK market.
