About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Keynsham, supporting a young person to live independently in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to enable the individual to achieve their goals and live independently
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the individual's needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development of a person-centred support plan
Requirements
  • Experience in care and support, preferably with a background in working with individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Understanding of PTSD, Autism, and FND Seizures is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
