Position Overview

As part of your development, you will assist a senior operative across various locations, gaining valuable experience and knowledge to advance your career within our organization.

Qualifications

Experience in highway maintenance or the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Applicants should possess:

  • A valid UK driving license (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Effective time management skills
  • The capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • The capability to perform manual handling tasks

WJ South West offers the chance to earn an NVQ, obtain your CSCS card, as well as acquire LGV and ADR Licenses, 12DT1 Traffic Management certification, Forklift training, and all necessary Health & Safety qualifications.
