Position Overview

As part of your development, you will assist an experienced operative across multiple sites, gaining valuable insights into the role and advancing your career within our organization.

Qualifications

Experience in highway maintenance or the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A valid UK driving license (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Effective time management skills
  • The capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks

WJ South West offers the chance to obtain an NVQ, acquire your CSCS card, and gain certifications such as LGV License, ADR License, 12DT1 Traffic Management, Forklift, and all necessary Health & Safety training.
