Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to create a culture that values and celebrates diversity.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on inclusive practices and policies.
  • Conduct training and development programs to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive practices and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
