We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients with mental health problems.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to patients with mental health problems, working effectively with patients, carers, and other professionals to achieve excellent care delivery.
- Participate in the assessment, treatment, and stabilisation of patients with mental health problems, contributing to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
