Senior Director of Impact Investing

Sagana Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our impact investing consulting practice. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for directing multiple projects simultaneously across various high-growth industries and client types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively lead projects across all Sagana Consulting's topic areas, ensuring quality and further developing team's skills.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple projects at once, by building and directing workplans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Direct story-boarding to define the direction of deliverables early in the project.
  • Coordinate and quality control of multiple team members' contributions to deliverables.
  • Coach team members on project management and proactively support cohesion and professional development of the team.
  • Effectively develop and deepen relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders - both to execute on projects and to build Sagana's network.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years actively working in a well-established consulting firm.
  • Global citizen who thrives working remotely and across time-zones.
  • Proven project management skills in growing complex projects with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
