Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Investment Director to join our team at Asset Partners.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and executing growth equity investments in impact driven companies globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute investment strategies to achieve strong returns and positive impact.
  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence and analysis.
  • Lead deal teams and collaborate with senior leadership to drive investment decisions.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in impact investing.

Requirements

  • 8-14 years of investing experience within growth equity or private equity, with a strong background in investment banking or consulting.
  • Proven track record of successful transactions, with a focus on origination and execution.
  • Passion for investing with a purpose and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with experience managing global teams.
  • Strong academic background in relevant fields, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Additional business-level European language skills, including German, French, or Nordic languages.
