About the Role

Sagana Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our impact investing consulting practice, with a focus on climate initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing multiple projects simultaneously across various high-growth industries and client types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively lead projects related to climate impact through investment, including themes such as adaptation and resilience, just transition, and mitigation.
  • Develop project scopes informed by the innovations seen on our investment side and deeply rooted in what's realistic to implement over the coming years.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple projects at once, by building and directing workplans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Effectively develop and deepen relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders – both to execute on projects and to build Sagana's network.
  • Write proposals and pitch new projects to both existing and new clients.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years actively working in a well-established consulting firm.
  • Experience developing and growing climate projects in emerging markets working with catalytic capital such as foundations, corporations, and other global actors.
  • Proven project management skills in growing complex projects with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
