Unlock Your Potential as a Corporate Account Support Manager
Biffa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Account Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship between Biffa and our corporate clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business account plans to ensure service success, contract compliance, retention, and pricing negotiations.
- Manage the tender and/or benchmarking processes for clients, identifying new development opportunities to deliver profitable growth.
- Complete customer reviews and present management information using Power BI.
- Assist depots and customer services in resolving issues arising from sites, including health and safety, container changes, or the introduction of alternative services.
- Ensure customer debt position is maintained in line with contractual commitments.
- Engage with clients at all levels to negotiate, influence, and communicate to deliver long-term benefits to all parties.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Confident with all Microsoft applications, including advanced level Excel.
- Analytical with the ability to understand numerical data.
- Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Driver and comfortable commuting nationally 3 times per week.
