Job Title: Dynamic Trading Manager

About the Role:

The Dynamic Trading Manager will be responsible for tracking, communicating, and supporting decisions around Sky's weekly trading performance across all products and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate weekly trading numbers across the UK business
  • Contribute to the weekly UK exec trading cycle, including the production of the UK Exec trading pack, MD pre-meet, and modeling potential growth trends
  • Ensure adherence to Comcast audit standards across all Trading reporting
  • Assist with key trading projects, including Anaplan development, a centralized data/reporting tool
  • Provide concise and insightful analysis, serving as an expert in customer and product growth metrics
  • Remove inefficiency and duplication in reporting, automating where possible using the latest tools, in collaboration with the data and insights team
  • Deliver quick decision-making in fast-paced work environments with large and complex data, focusing on commercial outcomes
  • Develop a solid understanding of key financial performance indicators and their application in decision-making and recommendations
  • Work with large and sophisticated data sets in Excel, perform trend analysis, and confidently draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Apply strong analytical skills to comfortably work with incomplete information
  • Present work to Lead and Head of Trading Performance, demonstrating excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Exhibit a tireless and results-driven mentality, continually critiquing and optimizing performance with a positive mindset
  • Ensure an end-to-end understanding, working across silos to provide a clear view of business performance across all areas within Trading
