The Landmark Hotel London Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our Stewarding department, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Stewarding team, ensuring they are fully trained and equipped to deliver high-quality service.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless communication and coordination of kitchen and Stewarding operations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of team performance, training, and development.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
