Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

FRS Ltd is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our finance team.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented individual to manage our forecasting and budgeting processes, analyze financial data, and provide insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain forecast and budget templates to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Analyze financial results, comparing actual and year-to-date performance with prior periods, forecasts, and plans.
- Prepare reporting and analysis of financial results related to the company's business and financial objectives.
- Provide insights into sales and gross margin trends and variances.
- Coordinate with cross-functional business partners to identify opportunities for cost and operational efficiencies.
- Maximize productivity by automating reports, utilizing financial systems, and improving processes as appropriate.
Requirements
- Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA or CIMA) qualification.
- Self-driven and motivated towards continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to work with a vast range of individuals, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
