**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing forecasting and budgeting processes, analyzing financial data for the EIMEA trade bloc, and providing insights into sales and gross margin trends and variances.
**Key Duties:**
- Manage the EIMEA quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Develop and maintain forecast and budget templates.
- Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports for management that provide visibility of financial results and trends.
- Analyze financial results, comparing actual and year-to-date performance with prior periods, forecasts, and plans.
- Prepare reporting and analysis of financial results related to the company's business and financial objectives.
- Provide insights into sales and gross margin trends and variances.
- Coordinate with cross-functional business partners and use information and insights gained to recommend potential cost and operational efficiencies that maximize EBITDA.
- Maximize productivity by automating reports, utilizing financial systems, and improving processes as appropriate.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA or CIMA) with a self-driven and motivated attitude towards continuous improvement. The candidate should have proven ability to work with a vast range of individuals, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
