We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Oaklea Northumberland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an older lady who requires 24-hour care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks, supporting her attendance at a local over 60's group, and encouraging her to engage in healthy activities such as shopping and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily tasks
  • Accompany the service user to local activities and events
  • Encourage healthy eating and exercise habits
  • Support the service user with technology, such as smartphones and tablets
