Risk Oversight Vice President
A robust and responsive Risk Oversight Framework is essential for the seamless functioning of financial organizations.

Numerous banking entities that Venn Group collaborates with are persistently exploring avenues to proactively mitigate enterprise-wide risks through skill enhancement, refinement of current frameworks, and the creation of new processes for improved operational efficiency.

Venn Group is partnering with a financial institution in London to strengthen their Audit and Risk Oversight Functions by recruiting a Vice President-level professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee intricate audits and evaluations, ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal institutional policies.
  • Contribute to regular and special Audit Committee sessions, pinpointing and alleviating risks by steering clear of risk-promoting activities.
  • Classify risk incidents as low, medium, or high, intervening and suggesting solutions to organization-wide challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Audit and Risk Management, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Direct involvement in internal audit assessments within Risk, Audit, and Operations settings.
  • Ability to identify significant risk and control inconsistencies, offering clear strategies for internal adoption and external presentation.
