Key Responsibilities

- Support colleagues in formulating responses to ad hoc regulatory inquiries.
- Facilitate the delivery of non-technology change requirements effectively.
The primary objective of this role is to devise and implement sales strategies aimed at generating new business opportunities, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients to meet revenue objectives.
Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining insight into their financial needs and goals.
- Present and tailor financial products and services to meet client specifications.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
- Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with research analysts and other teams to deliver valuable insights and market updates to clients.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to finalize sales transactions.
- Provide consultation on complex issues, offering guidance to People Leaders for resolving escalated matters.
- Identify risk mitigation strategies and develop new policies/procedures to support control and governance objectives.
- Take ownership of risk management and enhance controls related to the work performed.
- Engage in work that is interconnected with other areas, requiring an understanding of how these areas coordinate to achieve organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with various business-aligned support areas to stay informed about business activities and strategies.
- Conduct complex data analysis from multiple internal and external sources to creatively and effectively solve problems.
- Communicate intricate information clearly, ensuring understanding among diverse audiences.
- Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
