About the Role

The Value Enhancement team at Palladium Digital is on the lookout for a Senior Manager to spearhead the development of propositions and oversee Sales and Marketing Enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in Value Enhancement, Growth Consulting, or Digital Transformation, particularly in the realm of Sales and Marketing Enablement. Key responsibilities include establishing the vision, conducting comprehensive research, and crafting initiatives designed to maximize organizational value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Value Enhancement, Growth Consulting, or Digital Transformation
  • Background in sales and marketing roles with a focus on enablement
  • Proven experience in leading value enhancement projects related to Sales and Marketing Enablement
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and marketing initiatives across diverse regions and markets
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to refine sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex concepts to C-level stakeholders
  • Project management expertise for overseeing multiple engagements

Responsibilities – Client-Facing

  • Establish trusted relationships with clients and provide strategic growth insights
  • Lead the execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Engage and inspire clients and teams with compelling narratives
  • Contribute to the formation of strategies and development of solutions

Responsibilities – Internal

  • Assist in the development of client propositions and sales & marketing frameworks
  • Support business development efforts and prepare materials for client presentations
  • Facilitate company growth through training and mentoring sessions
