About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Digital Content Editor to join our dynamic team at Allen Recruitment. As a Content Specialist - Recommendations, you will play a pivotal role in curating and elevating engaging content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Curation: Dive into a diverse array of content, spanning credible news, entertainment, and short-form videos (SFV), sourced from various publishers, influencers, and creators.
  2. Trend Identification: Spot emerging cultural trends across a wide spectrum of topics to keep our platforms fresh and engaging.
  3. Content Evaluation: Implement review guidelines meticulously, ensuring accuracy and consistency in content evaluation at scale.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal content and product teams to enhance user experience and keep our platforms vibrant.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Experience in social media, editorial, content creation, journalism, or digital media.
  2. Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the social media landscape and SFV content.
  3. Skills: Excellent skill in editorial strategy and what makes digital content great - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree required.
