Position Overview:
Our client, Clover HR Services Limited, is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Leader to enhance their operations. The primary objective of this role is to guarantee that the quality management framework effectively permeates all organizational levels, aligning with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring it meets industry standards.
2. Investigate and analyze the root causes of any discrepancies within the quality system and implement corrective measures.
3. Define and oversee necessary corrective actions to address identified issues.
4. Conduct risk assessments and devise strategies to capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
5. Analyze results from quality controls and inspections throughout the manufacturing and assembly processes, as well as the final product.
Additional Duties:
6. Prepare and validate Procedures, Instructions, and Quality Plans.
7. Supervise the execution of Quality Plans for specific products.
8. Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
9. Research, develop, and oversee the implementation of enhancements to the Quality System.
10. Provide training for staff on quality instruction applications in the workshop.
Quality Assurance Management:
11. Conduct or oversee the calibration and verification of measurement equipment.
12. Approve quality plans and instructions prepared by the Quality Department or related departments.
13. Offer guidance on quality matters to clients.
14. Maintain and document the management system, ensuring all quality documentation is accurately registered.
15. Organize and supervise activities carried out by quality technicians in the workshops.
Collaboration and Evaluation:
16. Foster relationships with other departments involved in product quality assurance.
17. Conduct evaluations of suppliers and measurement equipment.
18. Analyze customer satisfaction metrics.
