Quality Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Clover HR Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality management system is effective and efficient, and that all quality-related processes are in place and functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the quality management system, including procedures, instructions, and quality plans.
  • Investigate and analyze the causes of nonconformities and develop corrective actions.
  • Supervise the implementation of quality plans and ensure that all quality-related activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manage customer complaints and investigate any quality-related issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their quality-related duties.
  • Perform or manage the calibration or verification of measurement equipment.
  • Approve procedures, quality plans, and instructions prepared by quality technicians or other departments.
  • Inform and advise clients on quality issues.
  • Manage and document the management system Edoc and register quality documentation in Edoc.
  • Define, organize, and supervise the activities carried out by quality technicians in the workshops.
  • Relationship with other areas that develop activities directly related to the quality of the product or systems.
  • Carry out evaluations of suppliers of corrugated steel and measuring equipment.
  • Analysis of customer satisfaction.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Circa 40,000 per annum.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
  • 28 days of holiday (including BH); extra 2 days of paid personal day.
