Accounts Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting for our client's small business.

This is a highly independent role where you will be communicating with senior managers of the business and taking full ownership of the company's financial administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, payroll, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
  • Conduct credit control activities to ensure timely payment from clients
  • Process payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations
  • Handle invoicing duties promptly and accurately

You will also be responsible for communicating with senior figures within the business and ensuring clear communication of the company finances. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
