Care Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Epsom and Mole Valley. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-focused care to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Companionship: Provide regular and meaningful social interaction to our clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Personal Care: Assist with essential daily tasks such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, promoting our clients' health and independence.
  • Domestic Support: Help with light housework and meal preparation, ensuring our clients' living spaces remain safe and comfortable.
  • Accompaniment: Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities, providing emotional support and companionship.
