As a Community Paediatrician, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of children and young people.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Integrated Child Health Service as a Community Paediatrician. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide senior medical support and guidance, and work directly with children and young people, and their families. You will also participate in the local Child Protection rota and support your peers and team leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
  • Work directly with children and young people, and their families
  • Participate in the local Child Protection rota
  • Support your peers and team leader
  • Work alongside other health and social professionals, and agencies

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
  • CCT or equivalent
  • Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
