Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Workshop Administrator. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle rental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with technicians to plan and manage workshop activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a workshop or administrative role, preferably in the motor trade or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
