About the Role
Sytner Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Maranello Classic Parts, the world's leading authorized distributor of Ferrari classic parts. This role is ideal for a motivated and knowledgeable individual with a strong understanding of motor vehicles and parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth and development of Maranello Classic Parts by providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient part supply.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with new part releases and product developments to provide expert advice to customers.
- Work closely with the remanufacturing team to ensure parts are manufactured to the highest standards.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a confident and inquisitive attitude, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
