Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Learning Disability Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals with complex needs, providing assessment, diagnosis, and bespoke therapy to support their occupational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of service users with complex needs, utilizing evidence-based and client-centered principles.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
- Contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy Services, ensuring alignment with HCPC and College of Occupational Therapy (COT) requirements.
- Provide education, consultation, and advice to care settings and day activity placements.
- Participate in Continuing Healthcare Assessments and contribute to the development and maintenance of the Trust Occupational Therapy Service.
