About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the facility, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the facility are spotless and meet the required security standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimal disruption to residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in cleaning and hygiene practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance within a similar environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
