About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Ann House, a service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are spotless and meet required security standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Contribute to creating a positive culture and team environment.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of cleaning in a similar environment.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
