Role Summary:

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the integrity of our products.


Key Responsibilities:

Technical Guidance:

Serve as a technical consultant for Automatic Test Equipment (A.T.E) operators, offering solutions and support to enhance testing efficiency.


Testing Procedures:
Execute comprehensive bench tests on production amplifier assemblies, following precise technical specifications to guarantee compliance and quality.

Fault Diagnosis:

Identify and resolve issues down to the component level, leveraging your knowledge of analogue electronics to efficiently rectify faults.


Equipment Maintenance:
Regularly service, repair, and calibrate testing equipment to ensure precision and reliability in testing operations.

Record Keeping:
Maintain thorough documentation of testing activities, fault diagnoses, and repairs to support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:
Hands-on experience in fault diagnosis and testing, ideally within a manufacturing context.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong grasp of analogue electronics; familiarity with valve amplifiers is a plus.

Analytical Skills:
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems and implement effective solutions.

Computer Skills:
Competence in using computer systems for data management, diagnostics, and reporting.

Educational Background:

Qualifications:
Minimum ONC in Electronic Engineering or a related field. Additional certifications in electronics are advantageous.
