Consumer Duty and Product Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Duty and Product Governance Specialist to join our team at Finitas. This is a 3-month contract focused on ensuring compliance with FCA Consumer Duty regulations and overseeing product governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough product reviews to ensure alignment with FCA regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead the implementation of Consumer Duty frameworks across various business lines, ensuring effective governance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with compliance and senior stakeholders to enhance consumer-focused outcomes and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure regulatory reporting compliance and maintain accurate records of product governance activities.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in Consumer Duty and Product Governance within the London Market, with a proven track record of conducting product reviews and risk assessments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous contract or interim experience is highly desirable.
