Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As a key member of the Wealth Management Europe team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with the Consumer Duty regulations. You will be responsible for establishing and leading the Consumer Duty Governance programme, which will involve designing, embedding, improving, and maintaining processes and controls to ensure alignment with Consumer Duty obligations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide expertise and guidance on Consumer Duty matters, develop and conduct training programmes to enhance awareness, and ensure timely reporting to the board and other stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in driving change, promoting a culture of control awareness, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation.

What will you do?

  • Design and implement a Consumer Duty Governance programme that meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to client-facing staff and product specialists on Consumer Duty matters.
  • Develop and conduct training programmes to enhance Consumer Duty awareness and knowledge.
  • Ensure timely reporting to the board and other stakeholders on Consumer Duty matters.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and promote a culture of control awareness.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Relevant university degree and/or professional qualification.
  • Extensive experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking businesses.
  • Proven track record in Corporate Governance and Controls in complex international businesses.
