• Ensure accurate stock levels and manage waste effectively
• Collaborate with the kitchen manager to achieve financial targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a catering environment, with a strong track record of food preparation and presentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations
• Ability to use relevant equipment and maintain accurate records
