We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a Kitchen Specialist, you will be responsible for cooking traditional home-cooked British food for small groups, typically 20 people or less.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the provided menu, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our clients.
- Work independently in the kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a proactive approach to learning, staying up-to-date with new recipes and cooking techniques.
- Demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Present yourself professionally and welcoming to our clients.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally.
- Hold a basic DBS certificate, or be willing to undergo the process.
