Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grill Chef to join our team at MERCURE. As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food for our guests, with a primary focus on the MPW Steakhouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook fresh ingredients to the highest standard, ensuring that our brand standards are consistently met.
  • Work collaboratively with our Head Chef and other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced products.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes, in line with our brand's culinary vision.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Grill Chef or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food.
