We are seeking a kind and caring Support Worker to join our team and support a young client with complex health needs in their family home in Stoke on Trent.

This is a rewarding role that requires flexibility and reliability, as well as good communication skills. You will be working with a child who has a brain injury and complex health needs, and will be responsible for providing support and care to enable them to live at home with their family.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides specialist care and support to children with complex health needs. You will work closely with the child's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the best possible care.

The role involves working days and nights, including waking nights, and part-time or full-time hours are available. You will be required to work a rolling rota, which will include weekends and bank holidays.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of \u00a311.50, as well as full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager. You will also have access to accrued holiday pay, regular consistent work, and a flexible zero-hours contract.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to join our Active Learning Hub and benefit from a wide range of e-learning and face-to-face training and development opportunities. We also offer a Nest Personal Pension account and recognize outstanding Active Behaviours via the Active Awards programme.
