Youth Welfare Specialist

This role is a focused position within the Children in Care division of Connect2SocialWork.
The primary responsibility involves collaborating with children residing at home with their families or with connected caregivers, conducting evaluations aimed at progressing to legal proceedings to terminate Care Orders.
The selected candidate will operate from the Children in Care office, which is conveniently located.
Work Arrangement:
We provide a hybrid working model, requiring the successful candidate to be present in the office a minimum of two days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining three days.
Essential Qualifications for the Social Worker Role:
- Registered with the Social Work England (SWE)
- Authorized to work in the United Kingdom
- Possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle
- Experience post-qualification
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work
