Le Rôle
Le Junior Financial Associate sera responsable de la gestion des transactions financières au sein de notre organisation. Ce poste implique de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes pour garantir un service de qualité et respecter les normes établies.

Responsabilités Clés :
• Gérer les projets assignés et contribuer à d'autres initiatives selon les besoins.
• Fournir des informations pertinentes à la direction.
• Traiter les dépôts de fonds et les chèques entrants.
• Gérer les demandes de transfert de fonds entre les comptes.
• Réviser et autoriser les demandes de paiement correctement traitées.
• Saisir les données dans les systèmes comptables et bancaires.
• Réconcilier et maintenir tous les enregistrements bancaires et systèmes.
• Répondre rapidement aux requêtes des comptes.

Compétences et Attributs :
• Une expérience préalable n'est pas essentielle, une formation sera fournie. Cependant, une expérience dans un rôle administratif serait un atout.
• Une attention particulière aux détails et la capacité à produire des documents précis.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
• Compétences en informatique, y compris Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Qualifications :
Un diplôme de niveau GCSE (ou équivalent) en Mathématiques et en Anglais est requis.
