Accommodation Booking Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Booking Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring seamless check-in operations, and providing exceptional guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management: Accurately enter reservation details, confirm bookings, and communicate with relevant staff members to ensure smooth check-in operations.
  • Guest Services: Provide warm welcomes, exceptional assistance, and resolve any guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Oversight: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure efficient room sales, optimize booking processes, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Leadership & Reporting: Participate in leadership and reporting activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
